Paint polish does two things: it removes a thin layer of oxidised or damaged paint to reveal the cleaner surface below, and it fills micro-scratches and swirl marks optically so they’re less visible. Wax then seals and protects the polished surface. Herschell’s combination formula does both steps together.
The 400ml bottle suits a full vehicle application with product to spare. Apply to one panel at a time on a cool, shaded vehicle surface, work in and buff off with a clean cloth. The high-gloss result makes paintwork look noticeably better than a wash alone, and the UV protection helps slow oxidation and fading between applications.
For paint that’s heavily oxidised or has deep scratches, a dedicated compound will be needed first. This polish works best on paint that’s in reasonable condition and just needs refreshing and protection.
